Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping:
All orders are shipped ground mail through the US postal service (USPS) for free.  You may upgrade your shipping at checkout to Priority mail for a flat rate of $15.95.
We also offer Next Day delivery with UPS for a flat rate of $45.00. Please note processing times do still apply; the processing time will not be shorten by choosing Next Day delivery.

Order processing time is 3-4 business days. Custom wig orders processing time is up to 21 business days. LHC processes orders Mon-Fri excluding weekends and Holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Ground shipping time is typically 3 to 4 business days. Priority shipping time is typically 2 to 3 business days.

Luxe Hair Central (LHC) is not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays, weather conditions or incorrect addresses. When booking your hair appointment, we encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery, as well as unplanned delays.

All orders mailed through the USPS will include a tracking number. You will receive an email when your order has been processed.  You will receive a second confirmation email providing tracking information upon shipment. Please allow USPS 24 hours before tracking information updates. We also require a signature upon arrival.  If not present, USPS will leave a door tag asking for signature with the options for re delivery or picking up your package at your local post office (must include door tag).

USPS usually makes three (3) attempts to deliver, please make sure to respond to any notices left by carrier and track packages for the status to avoid any inconveniences of having your package returned.


Signature Confirmation: Per our policy, a signature is required upon delivery. Requests for a signature waiver will be denied.


International Shipping:
LHC currently uses USPS Priority for international shipping. We offer an international flat rate for $25.00. Order processing time takes up to 5-7 business days.  LHC processes orders Mon-Fri excluding weekends and national Holidays.  Priority shipping time is typically 6 to 10 business days. All orders mailed will include a tracking number. Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment of order. Custom requirements are different for each country; therefore, we cannot estimate fees associated upon receiving. Luxe Hair Central is not responsible for any fees (customs and/or taxes) associated with shipment upon arrival.

Transit Times: Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. 


Business Days & Holidays
LHC’s fulfillment team handles orders Monday – Friday, excluding national Holidays.

  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

 Back orders:

Due to high volume of orders placed, back orders may occur.  If an item is out of stock, our fulfillment team member will notify you immediately.  You will have the option to either terminate your order or choose an alternative.

Failed Deliveries:
In the event that your shipment is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or failed deliveries- you will automatically receive a refund minus all shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to still receive your order, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend package.

Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once placed. If placing order through Stripe, please make sure both billing and shipping addresses match.  If not, order will be cancelled and refunded.

If you are less than satisfied with your Luxe Hair purchase, we will offer a refund to undamaged, unused hair within 7 days of receipt of delivery minus a 10% restock fee. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.  Please proceed with our refund process to request a RMA number prior to shipping.  To request a refund, please click HERE to request a RMA number.  All unauthorized product received without a RMA number will be denied under customer’s expense.

If there is an order error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order.  Click HERE to fill out a RMA (return merchandise authorization form). Once approved, LHC will issue a pre paid return label.  Once item is received, we will send out an immediate replacement order. 

We inspect all items returned.  If we feel that an item does not qualify for return, we will let you know.  Hair cannot be exchanged/refunded if it has been altered in any way.  That includes: tags removed, colored, bleached, cut, washed, finger combed/combed, brushed, worn, or any other alterations.    Items must meet the above conditions. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Not eligible for return: All Wig Products (custom, pre-made, ready to ship), In-House Layaway Program, weft sealers, promotional (BOGO) and tradeshow items.

All bundles, clip ins, closures and frontals are eligible for return.

Using LHC’s return label:

  • A return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund, if we issue your return shipping label.

Using your preferred shipping carrier:

  • You will not be charged the $9.95 return label fee if you purchase and ship your return through a shipping carrier of your choice.
  • To ensure your package arrives safely, please send your return by one of these traceable methods: USPS, UPS, FedEx (please ensure you purchase tracking number).
