Route Package Protection
Luxe Hair Central is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection. By selecting Route+, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. It is available for purchase for a small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. This is not mandatory and you can opt out of the coverage at checkout before submitting payment. If you choose to opt out of coverage, Luxe Hair Central is not responsible for your package.
In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or refund (please note: processing times still apply for replacement orders). If an error occurs with your package and Route was not chosen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Route does not cover exchange or return packages being shipped back to us. We are excited to offer this service to you, and we highly recommend you add Route+ package protection at checkout!
- Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”), must be filed after 7 days (20 for international), and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Q: What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
A: To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout. Customers that are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement, or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, stolen, or arrives damaged.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. All PO BOX addresses are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address.
Do you wholesale?
Due to high demand of our products, we are unable to offer wholesale. Luxe Hair Central extensions can only be purchased at luxehaircentral.com.
Only one promotional discount can be used per order. A promotional discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Promotional discounts are non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash. Luxe Hair Central reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time.
I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed, discount codes cannot be applied afterwards. Orders are generally processed right away, and we will not be able to refund or apply discount code after your order is submitted.
Pricing & Currency Conversion
All prices listed on the website are in US (USD) dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped. You can click the link that will take you to the tracking page. Please allow 24 hours for courier to update tracking information.
Do we have a showroom?
At this time Luxe Hair does not have a showroom, and orders cannot be picked up in person.
