This coverage includes instances where packages are lost, stolen, or damaged. It’s especially beneficial in providing security against common issues like porch piracy. By selecting ParcelGuard, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. It is available for purchase for a small fee on our website. This is not mandatory and you can opt out of the coverage at checkout before submitting payment. If you choose to opt out of coverage, Luxe Hair Central is not responsible for your package.

In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with ParcelGuard and receive a replacement or refund (please note: processing times still apply for replacement orders).  If an error occurs with your package and ParcelGuard was not chosen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.  ParcelGuard does not cover exchange or return packages being shipped back to us. Q: What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

A: To protect your order against loss or theft, add ParcelGuard package protection at checkout. Customers that are protected under ParcelGuard can file a claim to receive a replacement, or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, stolen, or arrives damaged.

  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”), must wait 20 calendar days (40 for international); however, please notify us by filing a claim through our website within 2 days.

A: Customers who are protected under ParcelGuard, can by:

  • Access the ‘Help’ tab on our site and select “File a Package Claim.”
  • Alternatively, access the claim form directly here.
  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours of incident detection for efficient handling.

Q: Information Required for Filing a Claim

To ensure a smooth claim process, provide

  • Detailed account of the incident (how, when, and where the loss, theft, or damage occurred).
  • Clear photographs of any damage.
  • Additional documentation as per ParcelGuard’s request.

ParcelGuard is known for its efficient claim processing, usually resolving claims within 7 business days, significantly quicker than many carrier insurance processes.

Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. All PO BOX addresses are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address.
